What is HPP (High Pressure Processing)?

HPP is a natural, energy-saving process that uses cold water pressure to safely pasteurize fresh foods. No additives, no preservatives and no heat treatments. Food stays fresher longer, keeping all its natural flavors & nutrients.

Do I have to keep your products refrigerated?

Yes, they must be refrigerated. We only make and sell refrigerated products.

How long are your refrigerated products good for after they've been opened?

The amount of days recommended to use after opening is product specific, please see package for the ‘best enjoyed within ___ days’ statement for clarification. When storing, make sure products are refrigerated and sealed properly in an airtight container.

Can I freeze your refrigerated products?

Our products are best when served fresh, so in general, we don’t recommend freezing them, as it may cause them to separate. However, if you do choose to freeze our products, we recommend you thaw them -for at least 2 full days- in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature.
